At the 9th Hangzhou International Day, three agreements turned international dialogue into action: renewing ties between Yuhang District and Auburn, USA; advancing China-France cooperation in art, design and international education; and promoting China-Europe collaboration in digital industries, global talent and innovation.

Five new members also joined the UCLG-ASPAC Committee on the Belt and Road Local Cooperation, expanding connections across trade, education, creativity and talent.
