From November 15 to December 31, Hangzhou implements a measure of "leaving fallen leaves untouched", preserving the autumn leaf scenery on 31 roads for citizens.
Since its trial implementation in 2017, this measure has been deeply favored by citizens. Many streets are covered with colorful fallen leaves, which attracts numerous citizens.
