At present, elderly care robots face technological difficulties, and they are expensive, priced at tens of thousands of yuan per set. The market share in households is less than ten percent. Hangzhou is promoting the transition from institutions to households through the collaborative research & development among enterprises, pilot leasing model, policy subsidy, etc.
