Global experts praise Tianmushan's ecological conservation

The 37th Session of the International Coordinating Council of UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme ended at Tianmushan on September 27. The representatives from 136 countries visit Tianmushan Qingliangfeng Biosphere Reserve, and affirm the achievements in ecological conservation.

Gert Verreet from Belgium said: "There are still so many ancient trees preserved at Tianmushan. Lin'an shows the reverence for nature, which makes me feel impressed and gratified."

After entering Yueliangqiao Village, the representatives witness the implementation of Chinese concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets". Angie Vanessa from Costa Rica stated: "Yueliangqiao's snacks are very delicious, and the villagers are also friendly, and receive us with smiles. I see the happy life of villagers from their faces!"
