On September 1, Hangzhou planned to build eleven "15-minute barrier-free living circles"in the districts and counties on the occasion of celebrating the second anniversary of the implementation of Law on the Construction of Barrier-free Environments.
Hangzhou will provide complete accessibility facilities in public places, such as parks,squares, hospitals and schools, to facilitate the travel of special groups.
