Recently, HangzhouRegulation on Building an Ecological Civilization Capital, China's first local regulations legislation focused on constructing an ecological civilization capital, was released. Spanning 11 chapters and 92 articles, the regulation emphasizes actionable measures in areas such as green energy transition, low-carbon industries, and livable environments.

The highlight is that, by 2035, people can encountera green area every 300 meters, there will be a park within 500 meters, and 1,000 parks will be built. This means that "seeing green areas and enjoying beautiful scenery after leaving home" will come true.
