On July 10, ten important scientific research achievements announced by BGI Research Hangzhouin cooperation withmore than 30 research teams were published in international top academic journalCell. Among them, six research projects led and attended by BGI Research Hangzhou cover key fields, such as Alzheimer’s disease, hypothalamus, and hippocampus.

The team independently creates the brain atlasat single-cell resolution, to reveal the core information including brain cell type, development & evolution and disease mechanism, which contributes the Chinese strength to the global fight against brain diseasesand the development of brain-inspired intelligence technology.
