On June 4, Hangzhou released the 2025 action plan on accelerating the development of artificial intelligence innovation highland. It covers 17 measures and 20 policies in computing power, algorithms, industries, and applications.

Hangzhou aims at achieving the intelligent computing power of 50 EFLOPS and establishing the artificial intelligence industry fund of 100 billion yuanby the end of 2025.

The support policy includes a four-year program of computing power coupons worth 1 billion yuan, which provides enterprises withcomprehensive subsidies occupying 60% to reduce costs.Additional funds will support the development of core technologies and models, with the maximum allowance of 50 million yuan for each project.
