Hangzhou will implement a series of policies from June 1, 2025,to boost the development of football.

Hangzhou popularizes football by increasing financial investment, incorporating football into the senior high school entrance examination, and building new football pitches. It also strengthens the cultivation of football talents through measures, such as establishing the channel for students with s talent for football from primary schools to colleges & universities, setting up the district & county youth training centers, and making the overseas talent cultivation plans.
