6. Strengthen the intensity and efficiency of export tax rebate.

7. Enhance compliance construction and legal services.

8. Intensify intellectual property protection and risk warning.

9. Support enterprises in dealing with trade frictions.

10. Raise the service level of the foreign trade supply chain.
