2025 marks the 70th anniversary of theestablishment of diplomatic ties between China andNepal. On April 13, the opening ceremony of Nepal National Pavilion (Hangzhou) was held in Gaojia Garden, Gongshu District, Hangzhou.Nepal's ambassador to China, the mayor of Lalitpur, the deputy mayor of Hangzhou, and other distinguished guests participated in the event.

The representatives of both parties signed multiple memorandums of strategic cooperation, planning to promote the cultural tourism and economic & trade cooperation between the two places through activities such as culture week and economic & trade month.

The inauguration of Nepal National Pavilion(Hangzhou) helps to boost future cooperation between two countries to showthe profound friendship in Himalayan region.
