Hangzhou's scientists unveil a map to detect depression-related cells

A few days ago, Yang Jian Research Group from Hangzhou Westlake University published a study in the international journal Nature, successfully launched a new method known as gsMap, drew a "navigation map"for spatial patterns of cells related to diseases, and accurately located the cells and their spatial patterns related to diseases such as schizophrenia and depression.
This study uses AI technology to find the association between diseases and genetic variations in mass data and search for therapeutic target genes, which helps to treat the future diseases.
