On March 13, the unmanned apron vehicle was put into trial operation at the airport in Hangzhou. The vehicle is equipped with the laser radar, DGPS, camera, and other sensors, able to achieve precise positioning and keep away from the aircraft.
In about four months of testing, the freight efficiency improves by 20 percent, and the manual operation risk reduces by more than 90 percent.
